What image quality do I need?
A clear photo straight from your phone or camera works well. Send the original file, not a screenshot, and we will tell you if it needs to be higher resolution.
Can I use logos, characters, or team artwork?
We print your own photos and original artwork. We cannot print copyrighted characters, brand logos, or team marks unless you can show you have permission to use them.
How long does an order take?
Production and shipping times vary by product. We confirm an estimate when we send your preview.
What if I do not like the result?
You approve a preview before we print, so you see it first. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
